COVID-19: measures to protect our customers and staff
From 30 November the wearing of face coverings in shops is required by law to help prevent the spread of the new Omicron variant of Covid. Unless they are exempt, Radley Village Shop will refuse access to customers who are not wearing to wear a face covering. All shop staff will be wearing a face covering.
Given the shop’s small size, we’re allowing three customers in the shop at any one time. The traffic light system on the door remains in use.
To allow for natural ventilation the entrance door will be kept open at all times. The only exceptions will be in extreme weather conditions – very high or very cold outside temperatures or driving rain coming into the shop.
We continue to wipe and sanitise surfaces and door handles regularly to maintain a high level of hygiene. Hand sanitiser is provided for customer use.
