Trial of no baking on Sundays

The Shop is currently making a minimal profit and often a loss on our Sunday baking of croissants and pains au chocolat.  We’re therefore decided to try not baking on a Sunday morning. Instead we can offer the following alternatives for you to buy:

• Frozen unbaked indiivdual croissants and pains au chocolat to bake at home
• Packs of six baked croissants and packs of six pains au chocolat from Les Brioches

Our normal range of savoury hot bakes will continue to be available on weekdays, as will our ‘baked on the premises’ croissants and pains au chocolat on Saturday mornings. We’re also trialling a small bake of these two products on Monday and Friday mornings.

Don’t forget that, apart from on Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year, all our baked products (savoury and sweet) can be ordered in advance for collection on the day of baking.
