Grants to local organisations
Under its constitution as a non-profit community co-operative, The Radley Village Shop Association Limited can use any annual surplus to build up its reserves or to give money to projects with a social or charitable purpose within the community served by the Shop. Every year since 2012, members at the AGM in May have approved the Management Committee’s recommendation to give grants totalling £1000 to local groups from the previous year’s surplus.
