On 1 February 2022, we removed the requirement to spend a minimum of £2 for customers paying for their purchases on a debit or credit card. These days about two-thirds of our takings are from card payments – something we’re keen to encourage. The limit for contactless payments increased to £100 on 15 October 2021.
Two Covid Compliance Marshals from the Vale of the White Horse District Council visited the Shop on Monday 1st February to check Covid-19 guidelines were being followed.
