Grants awarded to local organisations from shop’s 2021 profits

Successful organisations from the recent round of applications for grants from the shop’s 2021 profits were:

• 1st Radley Brownies
• 1st Radley Guides
• 1st Radley Rangers
• 8th Abingdon Rainbow Guide Unit
• Dolphins Swimming Club
• Friends of Radley Primary School
• New Neighbours Team, c/o Radley Church
• Radley Lakes Trust
• Radley News
• Radley Women’s Fellowship

These grants are awarded to organisations with a social or charitable purpose within the community served by the shop.

Members of The Radley Village Shop Association Limited approved the giving of money as grants from the 2021 profits at the AGM on 1 June 2022.

Members also voted at the AGM to set aside a further £1,000 for grants on request from local groups within the period up to the next AGM in May 2023.
