Radley Village Shop has maintained its five star (maximum) rating for food hygiene under the Scores on the Doors food hygiene scheme used by many local authorities including the Vale of the White Horse District Council. Shop stalwarts, Bob and Pat Earl, have been recognised for their long-standing commitment to Radley Village Shop with an Unsung Hero Award from the Vale of White Horse District Council. The award was presented by Councillor Reg White, chairman of the Council, at a celebration lunch at the Beacon in Wantage on Saturday 4th November.
Radley Village Shop opened on 22 May 2007. Ten years on, the shop is thriving and is a key part of the community.
